Beating North becomes a tradition for softball

Alanna LaDeaux, Howler Staff Writer

Last Saturday, October 2, Edmond Santa Fe Lady Wolves Softball beat Edmond North.

Being the visiting team in the game can sometimes feel like a disadvantage, but the Lady Wolves did what was needed to get on top. Scoring one run in the first inning and securing the lead, the Lady Wolves started off the game strong.

The Huskies scored one run in the last inning but with the Wolves’ previous lead of three, they didn’t budge and would go on to win the game.

This is the second year in a row that Edmond Santa Fe has beat Edmond North, so this may be a new start to a tradition.
