For the first time in history, the Lady Wolves triumphed over South Moore SaberCats with a strong 8-0 win Monday night.

In the Lady Wolves first home game of the season, an excited home crowd cheered them on to victory.

At the bottom of the sixth inning senior Madeline Peters hit a home run that sent the crowd into a frenzy. The excitement was tangible and everyone was elated at the team’s victory.

“I loved how all the girls came together to pull the absolute blowout of a victory” junior fan Ada Goldman said.

The next game will be Thursday, Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m.
