My name is Kyle Hawkins and I am the station manager here at Santa Fe High School. I've been teaching this class since its inception in 2016 back when our only purpose was to live stream sporting events and run a video board in the stadium. We have since evolved to multiple hours that produce multiple live shows, and partner with PBS SRL to publish content for the national show PBS Newshour. My background for this class comes from working professional as a paint and roto artist with The Thoroughfare, a local visual FX company based out of Norman Oklahoma. From there I taught Photography and Video Productions here at Edmond Santa Fe for 6 years before being offered the position to build this program from the ground up.
