Santa Fe High school’s Touchdown Club helps kick off the start of the season by hosting the annual Wolf Wars scrimmages on Aug. 17.
A Kona Ice truck was also present, raising funds to support the football teams of Santa Fe, Summit Middle School and Heartland Middle School.Games began at 10a.m. and extended throughout the day, providing students and parents of Santa Fe a preview of the upcoming football season.
“I’m so excited,“ Junior Madison Mcmillin said. “I’m going to go to all the games, and hopefully we win this year.“
Fundraisers like Wolf Wars provide support for Santa Fe and its extracurricular activities. The more students that attend, the more school spirit we can have at upcoming games.
