This special Blood Drive will support one of Santa Fe’s tiniest Wolves, Daisy Rae Rasmussen – the granddaughter of Athletic Director Rasmussen and teacher Mrs. Ortiz.
When: Wednesday, April 19th, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Benefits: Each donation will benefit Mrs. Ortiz’s 3-month-old granddaughter by providing a credit to her patient account. Your donations will also benefit Oklahomans in need of blood donations.
Requirements: Must be 18 and over; or 16 with a valid ID and guardian consent to donate.
Registration Forms are Required and can be picked up outside Mrs. Prince’s classroom. Room 123
You must return your completed registration form to Mrs. Prince in Room 123 no later than Tuesday, April 18, by 3:00 PM.
